United Road will work with the customer to establish a convenient time for pick up. After payment has been received it will take between one and seven days to have a carrier ready to ship the car.

United Road provides door-to-door service. When transporting cars, carriers will get as close to the delivery address as safely possible. Terminal options are available for select locations.

These guidelines will vary and are situation dependent. To ensure timely delivery when transporting cars, it is best to plan in advance. Proper planning can result in a fast and efficient delivery.

Payment is required when the order is placed unless the customer has established a line of credit with United Road. United Road accepts all major credit and debit cards. All payments are fully refundable up to 24 hours before moving the car.

United Road recommends that the seller sends the title via overnight mail. The title should not be left in the vehicle when transporting cars. United Road drivers are not responsible for handling any sales related paperwork.

Yes, all vehicles are fully insured with no deductible. Damages caused by United Road’s drivers or trucks are covered when transporting cars. Damages caused by nature will not be covered. United Road will also not cover any items in the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to remove personal belongings from the vehicle while preparing to ship the car.

United Road strongly advises against packing personal belongings in a vehicle when preparing to ship a car. Personal items will not be insured if they are damaged or reported missing.

Yes, someone must be present at pick-up or delivery to accept the vehicle, provide keys, and sign an inspection report. This person does not have to be the customer but must be over the age of 18.

United Road will provide updates when transporting cars. Customers are encouraged to contact the assigned Customer Service Representative with any questions or concerns after the car ships. Contact Customer Service at 866-470-0036 and select option 2.

No, however, please notify United Road if the vehicle for pick up has a low profile. United Road will make arrangements for the car to be safely loaded onto the truck without causing damage to the under carriage.
