Ryan Kraft was appointed Chief Executive Officer of United Road in May 2025, bringing more than 15 years of leadership and innovation within the organization. Throughout his tenure, Ryan has played a pivotal role in shaping United Road’s success, steadily advancing through key roles in operations, technology, and finance.

Prior to becoming CEO, Ryan served as Chief Operating Officer, where he led efforts to enhance performance, streamline operations, and elevate customer satisfaction. He also previously held the role of Chief Digital Officer, spearheading major technology initiatives that modernized the company’s systems and strengthened its competitive edge. Earlier in his career at United Road, Ryan contributed in critical roles across IT, project management, and financial analysis—giving him a unique, 360-degree view of the business.

Ryan’s broad industry background spans automotive, logistics, and oil and gas, and his deep expertise in finance, operations, and digital transformation has been instrumental in driving continuous improvement throughout the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.

Dave joined United Road as its Chief Financial Officer in charge of finance, treasury, payroll and administration in late 2017. With nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and in various executive roles with Metaldyne, a global Tier 1 automotive supplier, Dave's been responsible for all financial operations, planning and analysis, corporate divestitures and acquisitions, strategic planning and compliance, among other things. Dave earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University. 

Anthony joined United Road in April 2024 as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in complex global logistics, purchasing, and supply chain environments.  Most recently, Anthony held executive positions in global logistics and purchasing at General Motors.  His prior experiences include leading operations, network optimization and analytical teams at an automotive 4PL, and supporting customer engagements across multiple industry verticals at Deloitte Consulting.  Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and MBA from Wayne State University.
