In our continual effort to provide real-time, accurate information to our team members and our customers. United Road is deploying a paperless delivery receipt. With this solution our staff as well as the public will be able to view their "e-delivery receipt" online at anytime from this website. The delivery receipt will contain any exceptions as well as the date/time stamp of when it was generated and the signature of our driver and the receiving party if someone was available at delivery.

How do I find my electronic delivery receipt?
There are two ways to find your electronic delivery receipt.
  • Search by last 8 of the VIN on teh VIN search page
  • Or you can register your email address with your "Destination" location and you can view all delivery receipts for that destination.

How do I register my email address with my destination?
To register your email address you will need to do a search on a VIN that was delivered to your location. When you have looked up the VIN, you will hae a hyperlink called "REGISTER" available. Click on that hyperlink, fill out the registration form and click submit. If your registration is successful you will receive a success message on the web page after you click submit.

Can I have multiple emails registered with the same desitnation?
Yes. There, is no limit on the number of email address that you can associate with a single destination. However, only one location can be associated with each email. If your email address is already associated with a location and needs to change, contact our WebMaster by clicking here.

When I type in the VIN, it returns "No Match"?
United Road is still deploying this solution. While we deploy this solution not all Delivery Receipts will be available in electronic format. If you feel this message is in error, please contact our WebMaster by clicking here.
